Sites Wanted
At Shape we are always looking for new opportunities. Even if when we are not in a position to buy for our own portfolio we can often bring in an investor/backer with the finance to complete the transaction. We are only interested in the most exciting opportunities. The location and price has to be right.
In particular we are considering residential opportunities with the following characteristics:
Location:
- London only
- Zones 1 and 2 preferred although good locations in zone 3 will also be considered
- Must be close to transport links
Size:
- 15 to 150 units
- Or potential for 15 to 150 units
- New build or refurbishment/conversion
Planning:
- With or without planning permission
- All options considered including Joint Ventures and part-constructed sites
