Eversports is a Vienna-based startup that offers a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the sports and fitness industry. Its consumer-facing app and online platform allow users to discover, book, and pay for activities. For studios and trainers, the Eversports Manager software provides an all-in-one solution for scheduling, payments, marketing, and virtual classes and streamlining operations. In October 2024, Eversports partnered with Verdane, a European growth equity firm, which acquired a majority stake to support the company’s international expansion and technological advancement. Additionally, Verdane has invested in Urban Sports Club. In March 2025, Urban Sports Club announced a merger with Wellhub, a global corporate wellbeing platform.
