Andreas Nemeth

Managing Partner

Andreas is a seasoned venture capital investor, entrepreneur, and innovation leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. He is one of the founding partners of SHAPE Capital Partners.

Previously, Andreas served as CEO and Managing Partner at UNIQA Ventures, the venture capital arm of UNIQA Insurance Group AG. Under his leadership, UNIQA Ventures became one of the most active and successful Corporate Venture Capital firms in Europe.

Andreas is also a founding partner of Health Hub Vienna, a HealthTech accelerator program focusing on digital health startups.

His earlier career includes founding roles in some of Austria’s first startups, such as Netway Internet Services and the early Fintechs caibon.com, and brokerjet.com. He also held various management positions at Allianz Group and UNIQA Insurance Group.

Andreas holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and has completed executive training at Harvard Business School.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Andreas is passionate about viniculture and winemaking at the Nemeth Family Winery.

Ralf Kunzmann

Managing Partner

Ralf is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance. He is a Founding Partner at SHAPE Capital Partners.

Prior to co-founding SHAPE Capital Partners, Ralf served as Managing Director of Erste Private Capital GmbH, a subsidiary of Erste Asset Management, where he led the bank’s private equity activities. In this role, he was instrumental in expanding Erste Group’s corporate venture capital initiatives.

From 2013 to 2021, Ralf was the Managing Director of aws Fondsmanagement GmbH and the aws Gründerfonds, Austria’s largest public venture capital fund.

Earlier in his career, Ralf held senior roles at UniCredit Bank Austria Private Equity, where he was responsible for international private equity activities, and at KPMG Austria, specializing in financial advisory services with a focus on corporate finance and M&A.

Ralf holds a degree in International Business Administration from the International Business School (IBS) in Germany.

He loves contemporary art and is enthusiastic about various outdoor activities with his German Wirehaired Pointer and sports.

Georg Ioannidis

Managing Partner

Georg is a seasoned venture capital investor with over 20 years of experience in tech investing, strategy and technology management, and the insurance industry. He is a Founding Partner of SHAPE Capital Partners.
Previously, Georg was Managing Partner at UNIQA Ventures, the VC arm of UNIQA Insurance Group AG. Under his leadership, UNIQA Ventures became one of the most active VC firms in Central and Eastern Europe, with successful investments and exits in fintech, insurtech, digital health, and mobility. He also oversaw operations and investment management.
Before entering venture capital, Georg held senior roles at UNIQA International AG, focusing on international sales development, M&A, and innovation with focus on CEE. Earlier in his career, he worked at Siemens HQ in Munich in strategy, technology management, and multinational sales.
He holds a Master’s in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and pursued a PhD at the University of St. Gallen in Management with focus on strategy, systemic management, and organizational design. He also served as a jury member for the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award multiple times.
A travel and food enthusiast with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Georg is driven by a passion to SHAPE. FUTURE. TOGETHER.

Bori Fozy

Principal

Bori is an international venture capitalist from Budapest, passionate about investing in and supporting innovators for over a decade.  

She joined UNIQA Ventures in 2022, focusing primarily on health tech companies across Europe. Before SHAPE Capital Partners, she worked for leading venture funds including Speedinvest and HiVentures, with assets under management of over euro 1.3 billion. Over the years she led successful follow-on rounds and supported major exits. 

Earlier in her career she joined UNICEF’s mission, where she was responsible for the corporate fundraising strategy, resulting in quadrupling revenues over the span of 3 years.  

Bori holds an MBA from CEU Business School, as well as a Masters in International Business and Economics from Corvinus University.  

In her free time, Bori enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading and running, as her passion for a healthy lifestyle includes thriving for mental and physical balance. 

Lukas Steindl

Investment Manager

Lukas is an Investment Manager at SHAPE Capital Partners with four years of VC experience. Lukas holds a business degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The focus within his Master in Business Innovation studies were startup and technology entrepreneurship with a thesis on Corporate Venture Capital. 

Before joining SHAPE, Lukas spent nearly three years at UNIQA Ventures, where he specialized in HealthTech and InsurTech investments.

Prior to that, he already gained professional experience at the venture capital fund of Raiffeisen Bank International, Elevator Ventures, focusing on Fintech & beyond banking at the early growth stage. In addition, he worked at the tech-strategy consulting firm Accenture for financial-services clients, interned at the Audit & Tax division of BDO and the commercial consumer department of Raiffeisen. 

In his spare time, Lukas enjoys playing tennis, road biking, and exploring new wineries.

 

Albert Mikushnica

Investment Manager

Albert is an Investment Manager at SHAPE Capital Partners, where he focuses on B2B software, with a particular passion for companies disrupting finance and mobility. He brings over five years of hands-on experience in venture capital, M&A advisory, and investment management. During this time, he has advised on or invested in tech companies from seed through series B, providing a 360-degree perspective from both the investors’ and the founders’ desk.

Prior to joining SHAPE Capital, Albert was an Investment Manager at UNIQA Ventures, the venture capital arm of UNIQA Insurance Group, where he was responsible for executing growth-stage investments and serving on the boards of the fund’s portfolio companies. 

Earlier in his career, Albert worked at Heal Partners and i5 Invest on M&A and fundraising mandates across the DACH and CEE regions, then joined Robeco where he focused on publicly traded tech investment opportunities.

Albert holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Finance & Accounting from Corvinus University of Budapest.

Outside the office, he enjoys bouldering, hiking scenic trails and playing on his guitar.

Camilla Steinhart

Investment Associate

Camilla joined SHAPE Capital’s investment team in May 2025 as an Investment Associate, after working for 1.5 years at UNIQA Ventures.

Prior to that, she worked as the Product Owner of Market Data at Bitcoin Suisse, a leading Swiss crypto scale-up. Camilla also contributed to safety and risk assessments for rocket launches with the Academic Space Initiative Switzerland (ARIS) and conducted brain data analysis in the context of psychedelic-assisted therapy at the Swiss startup Reconnect. She gained practical experience early in her career, working on process automation at Roche Diagnostics and improving clinical workflows in a hospital in Portugal.

She holds a BSc in Mechatronics/Robotics, an MSc in Biomedical Engineering (Austria and Portugal) and another MSc in Neural Systems and Computation from UZH/ETH in Zurich.

In her spare time, Camilla balances physical activity like surfing and mountain biking with reading and engaging with contemporary art.

Christoffer Dejaco

Investment Associate

Christoffer is an Investment Associate at Shape Capital Partners, bringing almost two years of venture capital experience from his previous role at UNIQA Ventures.

He completed the MSc double degree program in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology at Copenhagen Business School and Bocconi University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Prior to joining VC, he gained hands-on experience in financial advisory during a six-month management consulting internship at KPMG Austria.

In his spare time, Christoffer challenges himself in multiple sports disciplines, enjoys spending time in the Austrian mountains, and loves traveling the globe whenever time and good company allow, always eager to explore new cultures.
